Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM Wed 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM Thur 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM Fri 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM Sat 04:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and store activity for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and document observations according to site protocols. Support daily operations by providing directions, assisting with customer concerns, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Loss Prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
