Spare Parts Coordinator

Shift and Location This position will work the night shift, 6:00pm – 6:00am, Thursday through Saturday, including every alternate Wednesday. The role is based in Fremont, CA and is an on‑site position. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain spare parts inventory for the maintenance team. Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to acquire needed spares. Search for parts and identify better deals to reduce spending. Set up, organize, and maintain maintenance spares. Manage backorders. Follow through with spare parts purchase requisitions. Send and receive components sent out for repair. Submit monthly reports to the Maintenance Manager on spending toward the maintenance budget. Utilize CMMS for parts inventory management, tracking, and invoicing. Generate reports concerning budget, invoicing versus open POs, etc. Coordinate receiving orders with the shipping/receiving group. Support equipment engineering group. Education and Experience 10+ years of experience with inventory management / parts procurement for a maintenance organization (preferred). Experience in skilled trades or technical spares. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening). Experience working in Oracle for parts procurement (Agile experience a plus). 5+ years of experience working with vendors to generate parts quotes for procurement. Intermediate skill level with MS Word and Excel. PowerPoint proficiency a plus. Highly motivated self‑starter capable of self‑management with little to no oversight (highly important). Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross‑functional relationships; ability to participate on multidisciplinary teams. Salary Range $32.51 – $46.79 per hour.
