About The RoleMuon seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping teams grow.This hybrid role is based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring on-site attendance 3 to 4 times per week, with occasional travel to our Mountain View, CA office.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, including virtual and on-site meetingsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the interview processMaintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), including accurate candidate records, job descriptions, interview plans and postingsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient, organized hiring processManage interview logistics such as booking rooms, setting up video links, and handling travel arrangements when applicableGreet and support candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experienceSupport broader recruiting efforts including headcount tracking, reporting, and sourcingHelp coordinate recruiting events and internal sourcing jamsIdentify opportunities for process improvements that enhance candidate experience and team operationsQualifications1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProven ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, team-oriented attitudeProficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Slack, and GreenhouseProven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and seniority levels.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in a high-growth startupExperience using scheduling tools like Modernloop, Goodtime, or other similar toolsSalaryThe salary range for this role is $101,000 - $116,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.
