Job Summary:
A position for an Outpatient Physical Therapist is available in Willis, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the state of Texas; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or the organization (highly desired)
- Float: Not applicable
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, adheres to physician orders, maintains documentation accurately and timely, participates in student programs, pursues professional development, complies with state practice acts and licensure requirements, and embodies organizational behaviors focused on quality and safety.
