About the Team:

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties, and operators in the world, we're integrating with Fanatics' global digital sports platform (inclusive of 900 sports relationships and more than 80 million fans) to reimagine the collectibles business.

About the Role:

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Business Operations rockstar to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization's strategic roadmap. This Business Operations Manager will report to the Director of Business Operations and will simultaneously own and/or engage with several high-impact initiatives. Given the Business Operations team's end-to-end mandate, this role can expect to both 1) own evaluation and strategic definition of initiatives as well as 2) drive execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Within the first 3 months, you will

• Take end-to-end ownership of a high-impact business initiative and, together with the Director of Business Operations and the rest of the Business Operations team, work cross-functionally to ensure project success
• Independently drive execution of key workstreams, including internal systems and process improvements, tech roadmap and development strategy, and international supply chain and operations growth
• Drive analytical insights, report findings, deliver recommendations, and present progress updates to the SVP of Operations, President of Trading Cards, CEO, and other key leaders/executives
• Lend analytical, strategic, and implementation support cross-functionally to teams tackling other high-impact initiatives across Fanatics Collectibles
• Build meaningful professional and interpersonal relationships both within Fanatics Collectibles and with external partners/stakeholders to better inform overall business strategy
• Become a subject matter expert in all things Trading Cards!

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6+ years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
• Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
• Extremely comfortable working with and presenting to high-ranking leaders at the VP level and above
• Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
• Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high-priority initiatives
• Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn
