Family Practice - With OB Physician

$140 per hour

Schedule:

Tuesday Friday
7:30 AM 5:30 PM

Shifts Available:

Day shifts 10 hours

Practice Setting:

Primary Care setting
patients per day
Mostly adult patients (18+)
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Support: MA + RN as needed

Assignment Dates:

Start: As soon as credentialed
Duration: 9 12 Months

Compensation:

$140/hr

License & Requirements:

BC/BE Family Medicine
Active OR License (Required)
BLS (Preferred)
Clean malpractice
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)

Clinical Scope Includes:

Primary care for adult patients (18+)
Preventive care and routine check-ups
Diagnosis and management of common conditions
Occasional adolescent care
