Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience providing 60‑minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred. Competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using electronic medical records. Demonstrated ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge. Ability to supervise and delegate therapy services and participate in student clinical education is preferred. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state mandated continuing education requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13‑week assignment. Clinical Focus: 60‑minute initial evaluations and treatment sessions for outpatient caseload. Commuting options include Interstate 10 and State Highway 146, providing direct routes to metropolitan Houston and nearby attractions.
