Located in Saint Paul, MN Salary: $17-19/hr Position - Blow Mold Machinist Shift - 2nd shift 3:30 pm to 12am with OT during busy time and mandatory OT Pay - $17.00 - $19 Run blow molding machinery while making appropriate machinery adjustments as needed to ensure final product is within quality specifications. Ensure correct amount of finished product in made.- Add dye to manufacturing process as needed.
- Monitor product quality including bottle weights and neck finishes via visual inspection and quality measurements.
- Package final product. (Gas line bottles)
- Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times.
- Clean machine and surrounding areas.
- Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance etc.• Assist other operators as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of blow molding machinery.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability to run machinery and make adjustments as needed.
- Ability to successfully run one or more machines simultaneously.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Basic ability to complete written documentation of product made and quality measurements.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Ability to problem solve machinery problems and escalate issues when needed.
- Ability to visually inspect product as well as complete quality measurements.
- Ability to work safely and maintain safety expectations.
