KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):· Production Operationso Operate various types of process machinery, including robots, presses and bonders. Cross-train asneededo Perform basic start up and shut-down procedures, as well as process checks throughout.o Use various types of hand tools, including routers, sanders, drills, etc.o Effectively troubleshoot issues and make recommendations to management.o Ensure all equipment and tools are stored and maintained properly to avoid interruption of production andto minimize unnecessary downtime.o Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may includelifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and working at heights whenapplicableo Provide input and ensure completion of set production goals, as set forth by Managemento Effectively interpret production schedule and communicate any issues to management· Maintain complianceo Abide by safe work standards, all company safety practices and OSHA regulationso Support plant safety initiative maintain safety protocols throughout production area.o Contribute to ongoing plant improvements, as needed.o Abide by all corporate and plant company policies and initiatives.o Work with Quality/Engineering Team to address any production issueso Maintain clean work areas, practice good housekeeping and support plant-wide 5S initiativeo Adhere to the company attendance policy OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities,duties or responsibilities that are required of the incumbent for this job.
