What you’ll be working on:

\ N

\n
• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
  conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
\ N
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\ N
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
\ N
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
\ N
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
\ N
• Supervising one or moreNP or PA colleagues
\ N
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
\ N

Education,licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\ N

\n
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
\ N
• Practiced at least 2 ofthe last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
\ N
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
\ N
• State licensed in Ohio,obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Columbus, OH at the One Medical New Albany clinic location.

The base salary range forthis role is $218,100 - $260,700 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. For more information, visit
