Responsibilities Assist with coordinating customer and community outreach activities. Engage with customers, prospective customers, and community members. Support promotional events and community activities. Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Help prepare and organize promotional materials. Maintain organized records of outreach activities and customer interactions. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. Assist with coordinating daily outreach priorities and activities. Collaborate with team members to support communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Excellent relationship-building skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and members of the community. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous public relations, communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events experience is a plus but not required.
