Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesLead and scale existing cloud infra optimization programsDesign and scale joint operating models with internal Microsoft teamsCommunicate strategic recommendations to senior executives with clarity, confidence, and data‑driven insight.Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across global time zones, applying sound judgment and influencing diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.Establish, operationalize, and manage weekly and monthly business rhythms, including metrics reviews and performance tracking.Lead and develop a high‑performing team of cloud supply chain professionals, fostering a culture grounded in respect, accountability, and operational excellence.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomesOR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
