This role is a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization located in Cleveland, OH. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Create customer loyalty and grow customers’ share of wallet through a differentiated experience and lobby engagement. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations. Exhibit a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Employee Expectations Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that prioritize customer needs and satisfaction. Managing Risk – Assessing and managing risks associated with business objectives to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. An associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred, but a combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered. Education: No Degree required. Certifications: No required certifications. Licenses: Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Compensation Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance. Salaries may vary by location and experience.
