Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Longview, WA Specialty: COTA Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1270 - $1530 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated COTA to join their team and provide exceptional care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing therapy interventions and documenting patient progress. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing therapy interventions per the OT plan of care
- Documenting patient progress accurately and timely
- Assisting with patient and family education
- Communicating patient status to the supervising OT
- Following all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- An active state COTA license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Need 1 year experience in setting
