Maximus is seeking a Program Director to lead our NYS Thruway team, overseeing call center, QA, training, reporting, and compliance operations. Travel to New York is required and relocation assistance is provided. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing state tolling contracts, lead day-to-day operations for a large call center (~700 agents), hold a PMP, and be adept at budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and client reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
