Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Billing & Receivables Assistant to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for preparing invoices, recording payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and assisting with customer account inquiries.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Record and apply incoming payments
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer account questions
• Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
• Assist with reporting and general accounting support
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills
