Responsibilities

The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy and identifies growth opportunities to deliver vertical-specific solutions and methodologies. We nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team, providing holistic solutions that integrate product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market-level insights.

Job Description:

• Customer Strategy: Familiar with internet advertising and media platforms, through industry Data Analysis, market insights, research on typical advertisers, etc., gain insights into the business requirements and advertising needs of different customer segments, formulate customer growth strategies, and be responsible for the growth of platform advertising revenue.
• Customer Advertising Solutions: Familiar with the monetization product logic of brands, creators, effectiveness, etc., conduct in-depth insights and transformation of customer advertising needs, optimize or innovate advertising strategies from multiple aspects such as Ads format and traffic sales strategies, improve customer Advertising Effect, and help customers solve business problems.
• Project implementation: Collaborate with various departments such as product, data, mid-platform, sales, and customer service to identify and resolve bottlenecks in project implementation, effectively promoting the implementation of key projects and achieving results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years of professional experience. - Experience in commercialization / advertising industry, or vertical consumer-facing sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, apparel, apps, etc. - Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in data analysis tools, high data sensitivity and logical thinking ability. - Able to summarize common issues and develop segmented client strategies. - Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability and cross-team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - IELTS / TOEFL scores are a plus.

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $168000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
