Diesel Mechanic/Fleet Technician

What You’ll Work On Motorcoaches and commercial fleet equipment Preventative maintenance and inspections HVAC systems, suspension, brakes, cooling systems, and electrical systems Diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern tools and software Road calls and on-route repairs when needed DVIR repairs and fleet readiness What We’re Looking For CDL A or B with Passenger & Air Brake Endorsements (or no air brake restriction) 3–5 years of fleet maintenance experience Strong diesel diagnostics and repair knowledge Experience with HVAC and electrical systems preferred Brake and AC certifications preferred Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Schedule Full-time position with flexible scheduling options based on operational coverage and team needs Combination of weekdays and weekends What We Offer Paid training (including up to 14 days in Minnesota) Stable, year-round work Growing operation with advancement opportunity Modern fleet and equipment Safety-focused work environment Supportive, team-oriented culture Additional Requirements Pass DOT medical examination Pass pre-employment drug screening and physical assessment Ability to lift/push/pull up to 80 lbs Ability to obtain EPA 608/609 certifications within 60 days if needed Physical Requirements Work includes lifting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, standing for extended periods, and performing hands-on mechanical repairs in varying shop and roadside conditions.
