Provide pleasant and courteous service to customers following Company goals, policies, and procedures. Lead and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder. Customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability. Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect. Qualifications High school education or equivalent. Previous people management experience. Self‑motivated, dependable, able to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining customer focus. Good communication skills and personal grooming habits. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. Physical Requirements Standing up to 10 hours during a shift. Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stooping, occasional ladder climbing. Use of motion that involves pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Employment Details Temporary employees during a 90‑day introductory period. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits during this period.
