Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the growth of the Energy division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location: Sparks, NV What's the Job? Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to onboarding new hires Develop innovative strategies to identify and attract top talent Coordinate interview processes, including screening, scheduling, and candidate selection Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliant hiring practices What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, including supervisory/management roles Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as web, social networks, and professional platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with a self-starter attitude and diligent work ethic Knowledge of employment laws and experience with high-volume technical or operational recruiting What's in it for me?
