Position: Registered Nurse Diabetes Educator
Shift: Monday–Friday Day Shift

✔️ Active RN License in IL & WI (both state license required)
✔️ CDCES Certification Required

Diabetes education for patients & families
Individualized patient care planning
Medication & treatment administration
Patient advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration
