Job Summary: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report patient status to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals Perform various medical procedures, such as injections and blood draws, under the supervision of a licensed nurse Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care About the Role: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Glenview Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
