Therapist - Occupational Therapist

$2040.00/week -

Job Summary:

Provides specialized occupational therapy treatments to patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve independence. Collaborates with healthcare teams and patients to develop personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment programs.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions using techniques such as activities of daily living, sensory integration, and ergonomic modifications.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and coping strategies.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid license as an Occupational Therapist issued by the Oregon State Board of Health.
  
  
• 
  Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate thorough knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward patient care.
  
  
• 
  Have proficient computer skills, including documentation and communication tools.
  
  
• 
  Current CPR certification is required.
