Accounts Payable Associate

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client in the Allen, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team! This position will be temp-to-hire and fully on-site, Monday through Friday in their Allen location. Key Responsibilities Support accounts payable operations across four locations Process AP invoices, including purchase orders and inventory related invoices, and perform three-way matching Research vendor debits and credits, and reconcile credit card and vendor statements Perform weekly check runs and process ACH payments Communicate professionally with vendors and internal personnel when needed Various ERP software experience and strong Excel skills Dealership, automotive, powersports, manufacturing, distribution, or construction AP experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
