General Information:

• Number of Beds: 4 rooms, 1 patient per room
• Number of Staff: 22, consisting of RN and Techs
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
• Night Shift: On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Type of equipment: all GE rooms
• EMR: Meditech and MacLab

Skill Set:

• Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, ARRT
• Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova
• Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. RCIS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardicac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing

Best personality fit: Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.. Red & gray in Cath & EP Labs (can use unit scrubs)
