Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc., a leading pediatric private practice, is seeking a passionate and dedicated  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality therapy services to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and related needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, coordination, and functional independence
• Collect data, track progress, and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Educate and support families with home programs and strategies to promote carryover
• Collaborate with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure comprehensive, team-based care

Work Environment

• Pediatric outpatient clinic
• Fast-paced, collaborative team setting
• Direct work with children from preschool through adolescence

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required
• Current California license (or eligibility)
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Schedule

• Full-Time (4 days/week)
• Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
