Director, Compensation

Pilot Company is an industry-leading network of travel centers with more than 30,000 team members and over 750 retail and fueling locations in 44 states and six Canadian provinces. Our energy and logistics division serves as a top supplier of fuel, employing one of the largest tanker fleets and providing critical services to oil operations in our nation's busiest basins. Job Description

Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives
Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified, recommended enhancements to programs.
Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters, including new hires, promotions and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required
Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
Minimum 15 years experience
