Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Mds Coordinator to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in New York, NY. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating interdisciplinary care plans to optimize resident outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
