In this role, you'll leverage Principal's platform and AIenabled tools to prospect more effectively and uncover opportunities within the business community.

What You'll do:
  • Let AIpowered prospecting tools identify businesses with intent for your services, easing the challenge of "Who do I call?"
  • Build and grow a clientfocused financial practice within the small and mid-sized business market
  • Utilize advanced technology to streamline preparation, uncover insights, and enhance client engagement
  • Accelerate your growth through mentorship from experienced leadership, combined with AIdriven coaching and performance insights

Responsibilities

• Follow up on the firm-provided business prospects that have intent towards retirement plans, employee benefits, and retention and attraction strategies needed in the business market
• Deliver personalized financial strategies supported by data analytics and advanced technology to help business owners make informed decisions
• Leverage Principal tools that strengthen the employer/employee relationships through consistent, transparent communication and technology-enabled engagement
• Partner with our experienced leadership, leveraging AI-based coaching to continuously improve performance and accelerate practice growth
• Integrate Principal's platform, resources, and innovative tools into your daily workflow to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Ideally 3-7 years of experience with a strong drive to build and grow a business focused advisory practice
• Demonstrated ability to develop foundational financial strategies and a willingness to grow in the business marketplace leveraging Principal's expertise
• Proven relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering that mindset
• Eagerness to learn from experienced leaders and apply coaching, mentorship, and proven best practices to accelerate professional growth
• Motivation to leverage the strength, reputation, and resources of Principal to expand a client base and deepen impact within the business community
