Full-Time | Day Shift | $40.79–$61.19/hr

At Gateway Regional Medical Center, we're looking for an experienced RN ready to step into a house-wide leadership role. As House Supervisor, you'll be the clinical decision-maker across departments during your shift - directing nursing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring every patient receives safe, coordinated, high-quality care.

This is a role for a nurse who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and being the person others turn to when it matters most.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care across the facility, applying the full nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Serve as the go-to clinical leader for staff across departments, troubleshooting in real time
• Partner with physicians, department leads, and care teams to keep patient outcomes on track
• Step in to guide complex or escalating situations with confidence and sound judgment

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• 2–3 years of hospital experience
• Strong communicator who works well across disciplines
• Resilience, stamina, and a calm presence under pressure

Final compensation is determined in partnership with HR based on experience, certifications, and skills relevant to the role.
