Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the General Manager (GM) will lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve all sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth and development to maximize the results of the store. Through personal selling, leadership, and coaching, the GM will champion a People First store environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, the development of life-time relationships with customers and the delivery of a best-in-class customer experience. What You’ll Do Drive Business & Operational Excellence Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities Lead The Total Store Experience Create a culture centered around luxury service, relationship-building, and customer confidence Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership Coach & Develop Talent Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning Foster an inclusive, People First environment where diverse perspectives are valued Activate the Brand Promise You will help customers Celebrate life’s most meaningful moments through exceptional experiences Feel confident through expert guidance and relationship-based service Build emotional connections through storytelling, personalization, and trust What You’ll Bring 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required Your Work Schedule Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons. Why Jared?
