Program Manager

Program Manager Location: US-VA-Fairfax Company: Canon U.S.A., Inc. About the Role Maintains strategic oversight of all program elements across a cross-regional or national portfolio of assigned accounts with annual revenue between $850k and $2M. Responsible for oversight of the Sales/TCO Process, Implementation Process, and Program Management Process. Builds strong relationships with key decision makers at each assigned account to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities Directly manage assigned resources for the full spectrum of the Sales/TCO, Implementation, and Program‑Management Processes at each assigned account. Support change‑management requirements by advising on leveraging Change Management's expertise, metrics, and Canon Account team insight. Work with assigned managers and business unit leaders to leverage program metrics and resources to develop and institute activities that optimize performance and cost savings. Develop and manage relationships with daily and senior‑level administrators within each assigned account. Resolve complaints escalated by the Program Administrator or other end users. Ensure all Canon products are represented in opportunities of interest and maintain regular contact with key client contacts. Maintain effective relationships with third‑party suppliers/vendors and monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations. Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability by enforcing compliance with established standards and policies. Support strategy team with operational analysis, recommendations, and portfolio management to achieve business expansion goals. Lead operations involvement in the sales process for new business generation. Ensure effective performance management with direct reports and oversee annual performance reviews. Train and mentor direct and indirect staff, provide two‑way communication, coach, and develop reports, and recruit key roles. Contribute to succession planning and implement management by objectives for direct reports. Manage strategic allocation of resources and support HR initiatives. Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement; implement the customer relations plan and facilitate sharing of standard practices. Accountable for financial performance: develop and analyze monthly performance reports, take appropriate action; manage forecasting, billing, invoicing, and contract compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of related experience and management experience. Operations and financial knowledge; experience as a Program Manager in a Technology or Professional Services environment. Leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and problem‑solving and analytical skills. Significant experience in a customer‑service oriented environment and interfacing with senior‑level customer contacts. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; willing to travel up to 40% overnight. Anticipated base salary range: $77,180.00 – $105,980.00 annually. Workstyle Full‑time, on‑site. The position requires full‑time presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
