Phoenix Mechanical partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.What We Offer:Competitive SalaryPerformance-Based BonusesHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysJob Responsibilities:Lead daily operations for our HVAC Service & Installation departmentsManage and develop field technicians, installers, and supervisorsOversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordinationDrive customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectivelyMonitor key performance and productivity metricsSupport recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee developmentOversee warehouse operations, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabricationEnsure safe and efficient job-site operationsPartner with Field Service Support to improve technician performance and efficiencyAssist with performance reviews and operational reportingWork closely with the President/General Manager on strategy and company initiativesJob Qualifications:3–5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceHVAC or plumbing industry experience strongly preferredExperience managing service and/or installation teams highly desirableStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused and results-driven mindsetProficiency with Microsoft OfficeServiceTitan experience is a plusThe starting hourly base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
