Job Description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team at a prestigious institution in Maryland. This role involves overseeing and managing remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing, metal framing, and general carpentry.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in drywall or framing in residential or commercial settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry is advantageous.
• Additional carpentry experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jessup, MD.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
