Technical Support Engineer

Salary: $65,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• We require CAD and blueprint reading proficiency.
• We require a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• We need strong customer service, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with confidence speaking on the phone and in video meetings.
• We expect excellent organizational abilities.
• We are looking for a strong team player who works well in collaborative settings.
• We value a genuine willingness to learn new software and build new skills.
• We prefer candidates with experience in GPS machine control.
• We prefer candidates with a background in construction.
• We prefer experience using Salesforce CRM.

• We use phone, email, and remote support tools to build trusted relationships and serve as the problem-solving expert for our CAD and PDF-based software.
• We train new and current users on how to use the application effectively through MS Teams.
• We help launch new product features as they are rolled out to our expanding subscriber base.
• We work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure every customer interaction is successful.
• We contribute to the development of new training materials and learning resources.
