Guest Experience Associate (Kilwins Premium Chocolates, Ice Cream and Confections)

Job Description

Job Description

Do you love working with people, staying busy, creating fun customer moments, and being part of an upbeat team environment?

Kilwins is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members to help create the warm, exciting, memorable experience our customers have come to love.

This is much more than a cashier position.

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are one of the first smiles customers see, one of the voices they remember, and a key part of the atmosphere that makes guests want to come back.

You will help customers celebrate birthdays, pick out gifts, enjoy ice cream, sample chocolates, and leave with a great experience, all while working in a fast-paced, team-centered, high-energy environment.

If you love staying active, interacting with people, and working somewhere fun and upbeat, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

As a Guest Experience Associate, you will help create an outstanding Kilwins experience by:

• warmly greeting and engaging every guest
• answering product questions and making enthusiastic recommendations
• upselling treats, gift items, and add-on purchases
• serving ice cream, chocolates, fudge, caramel apples, and specialty sweets
• assisting with phone orders and customer requests
• helping keep displays stocked, fresh, and visually appealing
• preparing simple in-store items such as waffle cones and product packaging
• maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and polished presentation
• working as part of a fast-moving team during busy rushes
• creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere for guests and coworkers

The Type of Person Who Thrives Here

We are looking for team members who are:

• naturally friendly and outgoing
• high energy and quick moving
• comfortable talking with customers throughout the shift
• dependable and on time
• able to multitask in a busy environment
• detail aware and cleanliness minded
• positive team players
• willing to learn and stay engaged

Retail or food service experience is helpful, but personality, work ethic, and attitude matter most.

Students, hospitality workers, retail associates, and customer service minded applicants are encouraged to apply.
