Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray and computed tomography (CT) equipment to acquire diagnostic-quality images, ensuring correct technique, positioning, and exposure parameters.
- Perform at least two imaging modalities regularly (e.g., radiography and CT) and participate in fluoroscopy or mammography when applicable, documenting findings per department protocol.
- Support departmental objectives related to patient throughput, image quality, safety standards, and equipment maintenance; participate in routine QA checks as required.
- Provide comprehensive pre-procedure and post-procedure care, including patient prep, monitoring, post-procedure instructions, and communication with the care team.
- Maintain accurate patient records, verify orders, and ensure adherence to infection control, radiation safety, and shielding practices.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to optimize imaging pathways, enhance patient experience, and meet departmental performance goals.

Requirements
- Ability to operate x-ray and CT equipment in a fast-paced imaging environment.
- Competence to perform multiple imaging modalities according to clinical indications and patient needs.
- Willingness to travel for a travel assignment and adapt to varying department workflows.
