Starting Pay: $19.50/hr. plus, shift premium - $.75/hr. 2nd shift and $1.00/hr. for 3rd shift

As a Production Technician you will...

• Load and unload process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications.
• Operate a forklift.
• Lift 50lbs & work in hot or cold environments.
• Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment.

*If you are selected for this position, you will be hired by one of our Staffing Agency partners as a Temporary Employee.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred (you will be required to obtain one with tuition assistance from BASF before moving to any other role at BASF)
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift. *1st shift is not available.

The competitive Starting Pay Rate for this role is $19.50/hr. plus shift premium. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
