Position Summary Serve as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver case management services using a strengths-based, client-centered approach to adults experiencing homelessness with the goal of securing permanent housing. Schedule Monday-Friday (11am-7pm) Sunday-Thursday, Sunday-Wednesday (9am-5pm), Thursday (11am-7pm) Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position.
