Brand Overview maurices is a women’s apparel retailer known for inclusive sizing (0–24) and comfortable styles available in more than 800 stores across North America. Position Overview The full‑time retail Store Manager leads a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 managers, to create an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities: Inspire and drive a customer‑obsessed team while achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals. Lead talent selection, onboarding, training, and retention. Manage the omni‑channel business, including visual presentation, operations, and store expenses. Engage with the local community to increase brand awareness. Develop and implement new ideas and solutions. Qualifications Previous management experience in a retail environment (required). Preferred specialty retail store management experience. Proven talent identification and development skills. Strong decision‑making and results focus. Computer proficiency. Availability for day, evening, and weekend hours. Compensation & Benefits Pay: Hourly $28.82‑$31.70, plus a 40% discount and monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
