SEO Manager

Position: SEO Manager

CTH/CTC: Multiyear contract (starting with 20h per week to make sure they are a good fit for their team then to 40h a week)

Location: Remote in USA

SHOULD HAVE A WEBSITE OR PORTFOLIO OF THEIR WORK

-Flexible the 20h would be anytime between 7am EST and 10pm EST

-Work on their own laptop

-Ai tools knowledge

-Able to ramp up in 2 weeks

-Able to follow internal process

-they are expanding and are excited to welcome the right people to their team

- Need:

• For them to have worked with service-based businesses (ideally, law firms in the US), someone dependable with proven experience.
• Root URL's of the sites they've worked on
• Non-branded keywords they are showing up in AI overviews
• Non-branded keywords they are in the Top 3 positions in the Google 3 Pack
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with site migrations/consolidations
• Local SEO / Google Business Profile

Core Focus: Leads the strategic direction and execution of modern "Search Intelligence" initiatives for client law firms. This goes beyond traditional SEO to encompass AI integration (AIO, AEO, GEO), local search, and technical performance.
