Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta Georgia. As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for buildings and structures while considering functionality safety and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and building codes as well as excellent design skills. This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per month. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain valuable experience in the field of architecture. Responsibilities Develop design concepts for buildings and structures Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design CAD software Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements Consider factors such as sustainability functionality safety and aesthetics in all designs Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes Excellent design skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Architecture or related field Experience working on commercial or residential projects Knowledge of sustainable design principles We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about architecture and eager to learn and grow within our company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexavision Inc.
