Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Housekeeper to join our team!

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Apartment Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of apartment communities. If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and welcoming environments, and are looking for an opportunity to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, laundry facilities, and other common areas
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing thorough cleaning
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, countertops, and fixtures
• Remove trash and debris from common areas and amenity spaces
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of inventory needs
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Assist with community appearance and curb appeal as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or apartment industry experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

 

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time opportunities available
• Monday through Friday schedules available
