What You Can Expect:

Earn $190,000 – $230,000 gross yearly
Average 2500–3000 miles per week
Late-model 2024–2026 Peterbilt 579 Epic Ultra Loft
2 weeks out, 2 days home
Market surcharge/Profit Sharing (for more ways to earn money)
Deadhead Pay $1.00 per mile, on ALL miles

Longevity STAY PAY Bonuses

Year 1: $1,000 total ($250 quarterly)
Year 2: $2,000 total ($500 quarterly)
Year 3: $3,000 total ($750 quarterly)
Year 4: $4,000 total ($1,000 quarterly)
Year 5+: $5,000 total ($1,250 quarterly)

Requirements

Must have 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
Must have a valid Class A CDL.
Must have a valid DOT physical.
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years.
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in accordance with FMCSR.
Stable job history for the past 3 years.
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
No convictions for a "serious or disqualifying traffic violation" within the last 3 years, including:

Excessive speeding of 15 mph or more over the posted limit.
Reckless driving
Improper or erratic lane changes
Following to close
Hit and run, failure to report, and accident
No suspension/revocations in the past 12 months.
No "preventable" DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
