Direct Support Professional – Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact At 360 Behavioral Health , you will help children and teens with developmental disabilities build independence, confidence, and joy. Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑Time Start: Minimum 15–20 hours per week Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours based on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus

• 300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 for part‑time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives Additional incentive of up to $2 per hour in applicable cases Schedule Needs Monday‑Friday 2:00 – 8:00 PM and weekends required.
