Perform METs testing and evaluate/diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Execute range of motion and muscle strength testing as part of the physical evaluation. Manage follow-up administrative requirements, including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics. Maintain accurate electronic records using a personal laptop (non-Apple/Mac products). Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license. Certification: AANP certification is required; must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified. Clinical Proficiency: Proficient in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Specialties: Candidates with backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine with C&P experience are encouraged to apply. Equipment: Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products allowed). Facility Requirements (if using own office): Must provide specific facility photos including clinic signage, ADA-compliant parking and entrances, exam rooms with tables and workstations, and handicap-accessible restrooms. Additional Documentation: CV must include current home address. Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. ECFMG certificate if medical school was attended outside of the United States. Must disclose any active military duty, reserve status, or VA employment. What We Offer Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for 4-hour shifts or less (covers exam time, reports, and addendums). Daily Rate: $1600 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer (covers exam time, reports, and addendums).
