Responsibilities Provide compassionate, resident-centered care including direct bedside support, medication and treatment administration, vital signs monitoring, and accurate documentation. Collaborations Work closely with RNs, therapists, and CNAs to support care plans, rehabilitation objectives, and ensure safe resident transitions. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse licensure, strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
