Your job is to show up and execute. We train you on a proven process. You don't need sales experience. We have a defined eight-step consultative process built from years in the field. We'll train you, ride along on appointments, and debrief every one with you. You'll always know exactly what's expected and how you're doing. We pay for output. This is a commission role, and that's the point — there's no ceiling. At full production (32 appointments a month) and our team's current closing ratio, $100K+ is the realistic number, not the fantasy one. What you're actually doing: meeting homeowners in their homes, understanding a storage problem that's bugging them daily, and designing a custom solution that fits their space and their budget.
