HERE'S THE DEAL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
You start at $18/hour. As you hit real skill milestones, you earn raises — climbing to $24/hour and then your own truck within a year, on our full technician pay plan. Raises are earned by proving you can do the work, not by clocking time. We'll show you exactly how it works when we meet.

This is a career path, not a paycheck-to-paycheck job.

️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Ride along and learn from experienced techs on real service calls
• Start with the basics — faucets, toilets, drains — and grow into water heaters, repairs, and diagnostics
• Keep the truck stocked and jobsites clean
• Take great care of customers in their homes
• Move up through hands-on skill checkpoints with a mentor in your corner

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Show-up-ready work ethic and dependability
• Good attitude and people skills (you're in customers' homes daily)
• Hungry to learn and coachable
• Valid driver's license + clean-enough record for a company vehicle
• Able to lift gear and stay on your feet
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• NO plumbing experience required — we train you
