Dedicated Refrigerated Company Driver W2 Job - Commerce City, CO
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a dedicated local position that provides excellent daily home time and competitive pay? At American Trucking Group, we offer refrigerated routes serving grocery stores throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah with modern equipment and substantial earning potential. Experience the reliability of dedicated routes while ensuring you return home every day.
Home Time:
- Home daily for drivers living within 50 miles of our distribution center.
- Occasionally, overnight runs may be necessary during peak freight periods.
Equipment:
- Operate new refrigerated trucks equipped with automatic chaining systems for safe driving in mountainous conditions.
- Our advanced fleet ensures comfort and efficiency, even in challenging weather and terrain.
Refrigerated Freight:
- Deliveries involve a mix of live load/unload and drop and hook operations for grocery stores.
- Multi-stop loads typically average 1-3 deliveries per day, with mountain routes usually requiring one load daily.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range from $1,450 to $1,580 weekly.
- A $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus is paid monthly from November through March, reflecting the specialized nature of refrigerated and mountain driving.
Running Area:
- Dedicated routes across Colorado, Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Eastern Utah serving grocery store locations.
- Flexible scheduling available, including nights, evenings, and early morning runs based on customer needs.
